In support of JAMHOUSE CAMP, our very first festival happening this September 5,6,7,8 at Terre Sauvage, we welcome you to another Yoga-On-The-Mountain session! All the proceeds from this class will go towards financing the festival, a non-profit event run with love by our community which you can learn more about here: https://www.facebook.com/events/1187203602782495/
We invite you to join us for this yoga session guided by Saule in the heart of Parc Mont-Royal. This will be a fusion of hatha and restorative yoga with hints of Tai-Chi, Qi-Gong et Katzugen. Surrounded by trees and summer air, and with soothing music by Emma Anders, this gentle, all-levels and bilingual practice invites you to move with intention, breathe deeply, and root into the presence of the Earth beneath you. We will be there rain or shine!

Rejoignez-nous pour cette session de yoga guidé par Saule au cœur du parc du Mont-Royal. Ce sera une fusion de yoga hatha et restaurateur, avec des touches de Tai-Chi, de Qi-Gong et de Katzugen. Entourés d’arbres et de l’air estival, et avec la musique apaisante de Emma Anders, cette pratique bilingue, douce, accessible à tous les niveaux, vous invite à bouger avec intention, à respirer profondément et à vous ancrer dans la présence de la Terre sous vos pieds.
