Gentle Yoga in the Park (donation based class)

Get ready to jump on your mat in the park. I will be teaching Gentle Yoga - it's my original mix of Hatha Yoga with Restorative, Yin poses and Meditation to restore your nervous system and cool down the body in this hot season.

And all that under the blue sky!

Join me for the "Gentle Yoga in the Park" session on Saturday, August 16 at 12 PM (noon) in Parc La Fontaine, Montreal.

Meeting Point: The bridge over the pond (in the heart of the park)

Class Style: GENTLE YOGA (all levels welcome!)

Weather Policy: If it rains, the session will be cancelled 24 hours before—check the WhatsApp group or FB event for updates.
