In this hands-on class, learn the science behind safely canning tomatoes and tomato products, like salsa and sauces. We'll review equipment, review research-based recipes, practice safe canning methods using boiling-water or steam canners, and take home a jar of your own flavorful salsa!Class fee is $25 per person, or $40 for two people sharing take-home resources.
