What are Drop In Labs?

Optional drop in events where you can get help from a certified Rent Well instructor with:

• Using a computer provided on site
• Housing and resource questions
• Rent Well sign up or E-Course support

Who can attend Drop In Labs?

Anyone is welcome.

What is the Rent Well E-Course?

The Rent Well E-Course is an online tenant education program that helps low income Oregon renters overcome housing barriers such as evictions, criminal history, and poor or no credit or rental history. The course includes a background report and incentive funds for landlords who rent to Rent Well graduates.

You can complete the E-Course on your own or come to an E-Course Lab to get help from a Rent Well instructor.

Please note: You cannot register for the E-Course through Eventbrite. Instead, please go to: www.rentwell.org/ecourse

Do I need to sign up?

You do not need to sign up or have a ticket to attend a Drop In Lab.

You can either register for the E-Course and get started on your own before coming to lab or drop in at a lab to get help with registration.

What should I bring?

Please bring a photo ID if you have one.

How do I get there?

There is a bust stop for the 33 bus right next to the building and a parking lot behind the building on Center Street.

What if I speak a language other than English?

Interpreter services are available via phone. If possible, please contact us ahead of time so we can best meet your needs for an interpreter.

Are Drop In Labs available at locations outside of Clackamas County?

Not at this time, but you can sign up for the E-Course from anywhere in Oregon and complete it on your own without coming to a lab.
