Universities are founts of knowledge, and ours is no exception. However, that ‘rich’ knowledge must also relate to the needs of children and young people in engaging ways. Join us for an exciting day of workshops led by subject experts and experienced specialist teachers that will help you to:
- Encounter knowledge of the recent and relevant research and scholarship taught by ‘teacher-friendly’ academics.
- Discuss and plan revised RE lesson plans using this new information.
Workshops to include:
- Encounters with Jewish text
- Japanese manga cartoons
- Interfaith conversations
- Planning for community encounters in the primary classroom
- Encounters with Paganism
