You do not have to bring your own yoga mat to this event. There are only 15 spots, so spaces are limited - get your tickets today!!

• We will only be able to help you find the class if you arrive 15 minutes before the event start-time and head towards the beach.
• This is a 60 minute class.

• Bring a water bottle!!!
• This event is weather-dependant. If there is ever a cancelled event, we will offer you a refund.
• Affordable parking at the Auditorium de Verdun at 4110 Boulevard de Lasalle, H4G 2A5!
• Closest Metro is De l'Église metro station, just a 10-minute walk away! Bixi stations at that metro!
• Public bathrooms are available at the auditorium.
• After your practice, you’re welcome to stick around the park and check out the nearby skate park, basketball court, the swimming pool, or just stay at the beach - all within 5 minutes of walking distance.
