Zen on the Greenway

A peaceful morning on the Greenway. This walking workshop is guided by Maria Murphy, LMHC – Licensed Psychotherapist, and Lurane Worth, RN,MA, RYT, who will lead participants through simple mindfulness, stress management, and meditation practices while exploring the beauty of the Ron Sapp Egans Creek Greenway.

9:00–10:00 a.m. (weather permitting; canceled in case of heavy rain or thunder)

Please wear comfortable walking shoes and bring your reusable water bottle. Consider applying sun and insect protection before arriving.
