What to Expect:
• Instruction on breathwork mechanics and physiology
• Insight into nervous system regulation and how breath creates measurable change
• Space for questions and conversation
• Headphones for a fully immersive experience from start to finish
• Gentle, organic rhythmic movement to open the body and clear stagnant energy
• A guided Elemental Rhythm Breakthrough Breathwork journey with intentional, rhythmic music streamed directly into your headphones
• A safe, inward space where no one can hear you — an opportunity to release, feel, soften, cry, exhale, or simply observe what arises

With curated sound and direct guidance, this session becomes deeply personal. Once you settle onto your mat with blankets, bolsters, and an optional eye mask, it is just you and your breath.
