Join Maria Murphy, LMHC - Licensed Psychotherapist, and Lurane Worth, RN,MA, RYT, to explore the Ron Sapp Egans Creek Greenway with this walking workshop while you learn simple mindfulness, stress management and meditation skills.
Wear comfortable walking shoes and carry your reusable water bottle. Consider applying sun and insect protection.
