Zen Meditation & Reading Group

This 90-minute Zen meditation and reading group includes alternating periods of sitting and walking meditation, followed by a shared reading of a text chosen by the group, and concludes with open discussion and reflection.

This experience is open to all. Participants are welcome to read a passage aloud and join the conversation, or simply listen and take in the text in whatever way feels most nourishing.

Join us for a spacious pause for community, connection, exploring the nature of reality, and occasional bursts of laughter as we examine said reality.
