Strengths and Awe: A Positive Psychology Workshop

Positive Psychology is the science of human flourishing. Rather than focusing only on what’s wrong, it explores what helps people feel alive, resilient, and deeply fulfilled. It studies strengths, gratitude, connection, purpose, and joy — and how cultivating these can transform individuals and communities. In short, positive psychology asks not just how we survive, but how we truly thrive.

In this one hour workshop, we will focus on the established science of identifying and using individual strengths to promote resiliency and well-being. We will also use practices such as Awe Walks to enrich our experience and bring everyday wonder into our lives.
