Jessica & Cuzio Workshop!

Jessica and Cuzio (@acrolinks) will be leading a workshop in Austin on the weekend of November 21st / 22nd!
The workshop will focus on pops, whips, and combinations. Jessica and Cuzio, based in Italy, have traveled the world teaching and spreading their love for Acro! They are great at breaking down complex movements in ways that make them approachable and fun! Don’t miss out on this unique opportunity to learn from some of the best in the world, right here in Austin!

Schedule:
4 sessions on Saturday and Sunday
Saturday:
Session 1: 3:30 till 6:00
Session 2: 7:00 till 9:00
Sunday:
Session 1: 2:30 till 5:00
Session 2: 6:00 till 8:00

Pre-reqs:
- Icarian straight throws from basic position (american chair, log, front plank, …) without a spotter
- Transition to and from american chair and plank with ninja spotter
- Familiarity with Tarzans

Instructors Bio:
Jessica is a graduate in motor science, gymnastics and a parkour teacher. Since 2008, she has taught at many events around the world. Her passion is to create didactic paths to facilitate the understanding of the acrobatic movement.
Cuzio has been teaching Acroyoga (vancityacro) since 2019. With the will of sharing his knowledge in the discipline, he taught weekly classes and lately many different events around the world. Starting as a parkour teacher, he has a careful and precise vision of acrobatic movements.
