Spring Equinox Fire + Soundbath Celebration

Step into the sacred turning of the seasons and join us in honoring the balance of light and dark.

The Spring Equinox marks a moment of equilibrium — a gateway between winter’s inward reflection and spring’s outward growth. Together, we gather in intentional community to release what has completed, plant new seeds of becoming, and gently awaken the body, heart, and spirit.

This is not a performance or a class. It is a shared ceremonial space.

Through guided ritual, grounding practices, sound healing, and connection around the fire, you will be supported in resetting your nervous system and aligning with the natural rhythms of renewal.

This experience is designed to be deeply restorative and accessible to both beginners and experienced spiritual practitioners.

You do not need to be “spiritual enough.” You only need to come as you are.

• Yoga mat or blanket
• Pillow or back support for comfort
• Journal (optional but recommended)
• Water bottle
• Layers — this is an outdoor evening ceremony

The equinox invites balance and harmony.
You may feel emotional release, clarity, deep relaxation, or simply peace. Every experience is welcome.

Please arrive between 5:30-5:45pm to settle in. We will begin at 6pm sharp.

This is a sober, heart-centered ceremonial space.
No substances or alcohol permitted.

Not recommended for individuals currently experiencing acute psychiatric instability. Please reach out if you have questions about fit — we care about your safety and comfort.

We adore young people and would love for them to join this event, with a watchful adut.
