ZEN is a 90-minute experience that unites the body and mind through soothing, beginner friendly, yin yoga and expansion brainspotting therapy. Experience a transformative, reduce mental and physical stress. Immerse yourself in a unique fusion of calming yin yoga poses and optional bi-lateral music, paired with cutting-edge brainspotting techniques. This session will enhance your physical and neurological self-awareness, helping you process thoughts and emotions more deeply. Expansion Brainspotting-
A therapeutic approach that builds upon the original Brainspotting method, which was developed by Dr. David Grand. Brainspotting is a technique designed to help individuals process and heal from trauma, emotional pain, and other psychological issues by identifying and working through "brainspots"—specific points in the visual field that correlate with emotional experiences.
Gentle Yin Yoga-
Is used here to create more spaciousness in our bodies and our lives. Yin Yoga is excellent for regulating the nervous system, quieting the mind, creating emotional balance, improving flexibility, circulation, and so much more.
