This class is taught at a very slow pace with a meditative approach to help us restore our muscles + tissues, while calming our minds. Instructor, Sandy Houseman, creates a safe and inclusive space for us to let every tension melt away.Sunset Surrender features a slow-paced, mindful, restorative style of yoga. It includes postures that are held for long periods, supported by various props- bolsters, blankets, straps, etc. Experience a sense of grounding and centeredness as this class is taught with no standing postures.
This hour long class is suitable for ALL bodies and ALL levels of experience. Beginners + 1st timers welcome.
No registration required. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. The rest will be provided. $15 via Cash or Venmo.
