Power Hour with Nichole Bolden is a mixture of yoga styles designed to push you to your edge. 360° of flowing, bending, twisting and stretching with lots of modifications offered for people of all levels of experience.
Class will conclude with a long, soothing savasana and sound bath.

This hour-long class is suitable for able bodied beginners with a bit of experience, and advanced yogis, alike who like to sweat.
