ZEN is a 90-minute experience that unites the body and mind through soothing, beginner friendly, yin yoga and expansion brainspotting therapy. In ZEN, lead by the incredible Nichole Bolden, we'll explore calming Yin Yoga poses that encourage spaciousness in both body and mind, all while incorporating bi-lateral music to elevate your experience. This workshop is not just about movement; it’s a holistic approach to understanding and processing your thoughts and feelings, allowing you to cultivate a profound sense ZEN.
Expansion Brainspotting-
A therapeutic approach that builds upon the original Brainspotting method, which was developed by Dr. David Grand. Brainspotting is a technique designed to help individuals process and heal from trauma, emotional pain, and other psychological issues by identifying and working through "brainspots"—specific points in the visual field that correlate with emotional experiences.
Gentle Yin Yoga-
Is used here to create more spaciousness in our bodies and our lives. Yin Yoga is excellent for regulating the nervous system, quieting the mind, creating emotional balance, improving flexibility, circulation, and so much more.
