Target Audience: Families with teenagers (or young adults)

This is the fourth session of our “Be Kind to Your Mind” family and community mental health fair (at Hyde Park Festival’s ‘Happiness Hub’ this coming Labour Day long weekend). It aims to raise awareness around the topic.
Adolescence can be a peak period for mental health challenges emerging, but early detection can minimise later crises. Some very good programs, services and youth groups exist to support young people and their families.
Come and hear from our panelists about mental health issues, options, local health services and support groups etc.
