Hey Peeps, I'm very Proud too announce that I am finally re-Launching 'Global Metal Machine' and rebirthing my Metal Thrashing Mad alter ego 'Metal\Edd/ ...GMM Is behind The 'Stop the Violence Festival' (Raised $10000 for Relationships Australia) and 'Headbang for Bonnie' along with other Metal/Punk/Alternative/Rock based charity events. GMM started as a Radio show on Harvey Community Radio 96.5fm in 2014 and was co-hosted by myself and Deano 'The Dinosaur' Edwards (RIP) GMM eventually progressed into a full blown Metal/Punk/Rock Promotion company and had a decent following. After laying dormant since 2020, The cogs have once again started turning and the time has come too Re-Launch GMM and everything that it stands for. Stay tuned for Re-Booted GMM RADIO And several awesome events in the very near future, 2025 and Beyond...
I am blessed too have wonderful family in the West Aussie metal community and it is an honour to be Re-Launching GMM @ Perth's newest Live music venue 'Jamart soundlounge HQ' who will also be co-Hosting this event. The entertainment for the night Are all hand picked by Me as these bands and many of these musician's have solid history with 'Global Metal Machine' 5 Bands (2 TBA)
SUB-RADIANT: Featuring members of JamArt and former members from 'As Light Decays and Cage the Hate' This band has come out of the blocks with all guns Blazing. With several shows under there belt and a couple of well received single, SR create some Groove soaked thrash metal Goodness and we are stoked too have them on the Bill...
INNASANATORIUM: This bunch of legends play Mental health themed progressive Thrash/Heavy metal and are firing in all cylinders off the back of there Brilliant debut album. Everyone knows that I have personally had a long history with this band. These guys always put on a high intensity/Entertaining performance and I am super proud too have them on the Bill helping Re-Launch GMM...
DEADHORSE: These hard-hitting Death Metal maniacs are new too the scene but have come out of the blocks with all guns blazing. Deadhorse have made there mark on the screen and create a pummeling atmosphere. An incredible live band and we are thrilled too have them play a GMM show for the first time...
KIMURA: I'm Absolutely pumped too have these Legends on the Bill. Kimura alway put on the upmost of high intensity performances that are equal parts Heavy and Fun. This Groove Metal Juggernaut has had a long affiliation with GMM and we are proud too welcome them too the Re-Launch party...
WRATH OF FENRIR: It is a pleasure too have these Viking Metal Worriers Headlining the GMM Re-Launch party. WoF were one of my very first Live interviews on HCR96.5fm and I have been a huge fan ever since. This amazing Viking Metal band have a new line-up and are working on a Brand new album. There live shows are Next Level, intense and theatrical and we are Thrilled too have them locked in for This Event...
