Discipling the youth of our churches in the way of the Lord is a high calling, and it takes a church community to accomplish it. And youth ministries are also incredibly powerful tools for missions and evangelism! But many of us have so many questions:How do I be an effective leader in my church's youth ministry?
How do I be a godly role model for the youth?
How do I encourage and demonstrate evangelism and service?
In a series of sessions, speakers from a variety of backgrounds will offer their insights and advice on cultivating effective leadership skills and developing intentional, purposeful relationships with youth, inside and outside the Church. We hope this will be an environment of discussion and brainstorming with a main session, breakouts, and a Q/A panel discussion.
The conference will run from 9:00am-2:30pm on Saturday, May 10 at Living Water URC. More details to follow soon!
