Who we are: This interactive and creative session is being lead by Kimberley Gunning, MSW, RSW, Reiki II , YTT200 Candidate and owner of Kaleidoscope Wellness Niagara

Special guest will be, Laura Canal, founder of Miles of Smiles Alternative Solutions, Reiki Master, Certified Reflexologist and Psychic. Laura holds certifications in Aqualead, Integrated Energy Therapy, Crystal Healing, Mater Healing, Spiritual Healing, Astrology, Numerology and Transformational Coaching.

What to Expect:

• We will start your day with somatic movement to connect body and mind.
• Meditation to ground and prepare for the day ahead.
• Create an emotion based vision board to remind you of what you want to feel in 2025
• Explore the concept of Personal Year Cycles in Numerology led by Laura. Learn how to understand and embrace the unique energy and themes associated with each year of the 9-year cycle.
• Conduct a photo role audit (bring your phone)and reflect on the roles you embody in your personal and professional life. Analyze how these align with your vision for 2025. Practical tips to balance and redefine.
• Ending our day with some deep relaxation to integrate the day's teachings
• Share takeaways and commit to next steps for manifesting your vision

• All the necessary materials to make your vision board, including magazines, glue sticks, scissors, and boards.
• Nourish and connect with delicious snacks and a healthy and energizing vegetarian lunch.
