Your maternal line lives in your body and you carry them with you, always. Their pain. Their joy. Their hardships. Their....everything. Some of this you feel, some not.
Let us be women. Together. Becoming stronger.
On March 8th, International Women's Day we will work beyond the trauma of your maternal line, focusing on finding the strength, the joy, the love for life that exists, somewhere in this long line of women who stand behind you. Using family constellation methods we will set up your maternal line, going back as far as we need to in order to find the woman that has a gift for you, the one that has been waiting for you. The one that sees your gifts. So that the two of you may meet.
We will take a break halfway thru the day and share food, so this day will be a bit longer.

Sessions are held in both Norwegian and English depending on the needs of the group. I will often encourage you to speak in your Mother Tongue.
A bit about me-
I love holding groups, and going to groups. Over these years I have seen/felt so many different facilitators and therapists work. This has taught me first hand how important it is that the group leader has worked with their own issues.
I have worked with the trauma held in my body, both personal and transgenerational, for over 25 years. One of the most important things I have learned is how important it is to take the time to make sure everyone is always within the boundaries of what they can process, weaving in nervous system regulation exercises and grounding my clients. It is something I excel at. With me you are safe. Promise.
I am a Registered Nurse, a Systemic Family Constellations Facilitator, a Waldorf Pre-School teacher, a Circle of Security Facilitator, an Applied Somatics Practitioner, a gardener, a conscious dancer, a daughter, a mother, and a lover of 3 cats that really needed new homes.
I play crystal bowls, see raw cacao as legal plant medicine, love to blow enormous bubbles, adore costumes, have an award winning garden that is home to the fairies, love Psytrance, am making a UV room in my home, believe it is almost impossible to have too much glitter.
