We’re hosting Lumi Health for a considered and engaging morning, for women who want to understand more about their health and feel better.

Expect a warm and welcoming environment, to learn something about your health, and to take home some practical advice.

Bringing together expert voices and honest, myth-busting conversation, the session will explore hormones and heart health, menopause treatments, and everyday wellbeing actions that are achievable.

The morning begins with coffee, tea and a chance to settle in, before Beth Phillips, Clinical Director at Lumi Health, introduces guest speakers who are experts in menopause, cardiovascular health and proactive, preventative health.

A short pause midway offers pastries, time to mingle and chat, followed by Q&As with the health experts.

As part of the event there will also be a live Perfume Bar Experience run by Fragrance Theory and all attendees will receive a gift to take home.
