Yoga.ATL at Zephyr

Join us on the green space at Zephyr!

This all-levels vinyasa flow is designed to help you unwind after a long day. We’ll link breath to movement, build a little heat, and create space to both strengthen and soften. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or practice regularly, you’ll feel right at home.

*Please bring your own mat. (I’ll have a few extras just in case!)

*Option to bring a towel for your mat since we will be outside.

After class, we’ll head to Arden's Garden for a post-yoga yap — a casual hang to connect with neighbors off the mat and ease into the rest of your week.

This event is open to everyone. Zephyr residents, feel free to invite your friends!
