Join us at Virgin Hotels New Orleans for Yoga75, a guided flow led by Amber Mortensen, 200 RYT, yoga instructor and wellness facilitator behind Wellness Unbounded and Yoga75™.
Designed for all levels, this session focuses on intentional movement, breathwork, and a steady, energizing pace in a calm, thoughtfully designed space.
After class, ease into the rest of your morning with a French 75 or mocktail in hand, paired with a curated wellness spread including seasonal fruit, yogurt parfaits, and infused hydration.
