Join us for Poolside Yoga at The Maidstone, where movement meets relaxation in a serene, sun-soaked setting. This all-levels class invites you to explore gentle, mindful movement—focusing on breath, ease, and connection within your body. Mats and blocks will be provided.

After our one-hour practice, you’re invited to linger a little longer and enjoy exclusive pool access. Lounge, unwind, and soak in the peaceful atmosphere as an extension of your practice.
