Yoga with Vets -- Breathe, Stretch and Recharge with fellow Veterans at Yoga with Vets, a gentle, beginner-friendly session designed to support mental wellness, reduce stress and build connection.
When & Where: Saturday, January 3, 2025 -- 9:00am - 10:00am at Upstate Circle of Friends -- 29 Ridgeway Drive, Greenville SC 29605
Hosted by: Vernon Veteran Services Inc. (Nonprofit 501c3) Supporting Veterans Battling PTSD, Anxiety & Depression.
Yoga Partner: Yoga Therapy Bar
Cost: Free for Veterans; $5 Donation for non-veteran participants supporting ongoing veteran wellness programs.
What to Expect: All levels welcome -- no experience required; Calming, mobility-focused flow with modifications; Community time and light encouragement.
What to Bring: Yoga Mats (a few extras are available), Water, comfortable clothes. (Arrive 10 minutes early to check in)
Who Should Attend: Veterans, Military Families and Supportive Community Members seeking a restorative start to the day.
Accessibility: We'll offer chair and low impact options.
