Dachshund Yoga

Join us for a morning of grounding breathwork, gentle movement, and guided meditation… with a dachshunds!! 🐾

This is a relaxed, beginner-friendly flow surrounded by pups and plants. Have a dachshund? Bring them along! Don’t have one? Come anyway and soak up the cuteness.

Please bring your mat, water bottle, and anything that makes you comfy (pillow or bolster encouraged). All pups should be well-behaved and comfortable around others.
