With 5 years of yoga practice and 4 years of teaching under my belt, I specialize in Hatha, Ayurveda, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Power, and Restorative yoga. My philosophy is simple: yoga is for everyone, regardless of experience or ability. With patience and consistency, anyone can succeed on this journey.
In my classes, I focus on syncing breath with movement to help students transition smoothly and deepen their postures. Whether you’re a beginner, intermediate, advanced practitioner, or someone dealing with injuries or specific needs, my goal is to meet you where you are and guide you forward.
My journey into yoga began after a life-changing divorce at 38. Moving to Miami, I joined a gym where I discovered the challenge and healing power of heated power yoga. What started as a way to lose weight and relieve my arthritic hips quickly became an obsession. Within a year, I was convinced to pursue teacher training, which led me to realize that yoga was my true calling. At 40, I left my 9-5 job to focus entirely on teaching and helping others through yoga.
Through my practice, I’ve overcome multiple injuries, including a full hip replacement. I believe that through yoga, we can heal ourselves, and I’m here to share that healing with others. My classes also integrate a holistic lifestyle approach, with a strong focus on mental health and addressing the physical wear and tear of aging.

Cost: Sliding scale of 10.00-20.00, paid directly to instructor
Materials needed: Yoga mats, any blocks etc. if you need them.
