There are many things in life that we just don’t like and would rather avoid. There are difficult people, disappointments and loss, or a life that looks and feels quite differently than how we had hoped, imagined, or planned. When we meet with ‘unwanted’
circumstances resignation or anger can easily set in and we experience a type of ‘inner resistance’ that can feel as if we are going through our life with the emergency brake on.
In this course we will learn how to move beyond this heavy mind of resistance and replace it with a wisdom mind of acceptance; then quickly we will begin to experience greater energy, joy, and lightness in our life. Everybody Welcome. Includes guided
meditations, talks, time for Q&A and a short break.

Kadam Sharon is the Resident teacher of Je Tsongkhapa Kadampa Buddhist Center in Asheville, NC. She has been practicing meditation and Modern Buddhism for over 20 years and teaches classes and guides retreats in Asheville,NC., Western NC.,
Greenville, SC and is also a regular guest Instructor at the Osher Life Long Learning Institutes at UNCA Asheville and Furman University, in Greenville.
