Let our resident rescue kitties show you how to propurrly master the art of the ‘big stretch’, from the comfort of a chair!

This is event involves low-impact, gentle exercise, suitable for wheelchair users, and no prior experience of yoga or chair yoga is required.

PCR accepts no liability for any injury, and we advise speaking to a healthcare professional before attending, if you have any preexisting conditions or concerns.

This event is suitable for over 14's only, and anyone under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult (aged over 18).

Refreshments will be available to purrchase at the beginning of the event when doors open at 6pm, but we will be closing our bar and kitchen when yoga session begins in proper. If you’d like to get cosy with a cuppa and cats beforehand, we’d recommend booking in for a regular visit before the event (with last seating from 5pm – 6pm when the event doors open).
