The Practice:
Beginner friendly embodied movement to feel alive
Expect fun, intuitive, curious, playful and authentic movement. Weaving movement, meditation, visualisation and pranayama (breath practice).
Come as you are, to just be and to trust what wants to move through you.
What to bring:
Yourself, a mat (yoga or otherwise, or even a towel) and comfy clothes which are easy to move in. Layers are great to help keep warm in moments of stillness and cooler through movement.
Optional extras:
Only the above are needed but you're welcome to bring anything extra along to support your practice. This might be a blanket, a pillow, blocks to bring the ground closer to you (or books work well too), eye mask/pillow.
A practice and a space for women:
These community yoga practices will be held at Women on Wheels, a cycling charity in the south side of Glasgow.
