Ashley's yoga class is a beginner to intermediate level yoga class called go with the flow. We will be flowing with our breath to relax our minds and bodies into the new and letting go of the old. This class will be 50 minutes long with a final relaxation/savasana of 10 minutes. Please bring a yoga mat or beach towel to flow on inviting new inspirations and meditations of your mind body and soul. Namaste 🙏 there is no max level ages 15 and up-Donations accepted but not required
