8 week series of for adults to challenge themselves, gain confidence and explore the world of advanced asana yoga poses. One hour of yoga, mindfulness, inspiration, enthusiasm and challenges along with so much more ! All dates include October 14th, 21st, 28. Nov 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th. Dec 2nd.
Registration is open until all seats are filled. Space is limited and registration is open until 48 hours before class. If minimum seating is not obtained class may be canceled for the one day.
