Join us for our monthly infant feeding support group meeting at Wiggle & Play! Meeting is free but Wiggle and Play requires grip socks for all attendees. You can bring a pair from home or purchase for $3. Stay and play after the meeting for half priced Day Pass for children under 1 year.
This is open to all families with nursing babies. We will discuss topics related to infant feeding and answer questions that you have. This group exists with the intention of providing parent to parent emotional support and guidance for basic and general breastfeeding questions such as positioning, how to know if baby is getting enough, introducing solid foods, etc. This is not a clinical space and does not replace the care of your doctor, baby's doctor, IBCLC or other healthcare provider.
This group is for you to encourage others and be encouraged yourself. This is a peer support space. Though the facilitator holds the IBCLC credential, it is important to recognize that the information shared in this group is general information about topics raised.
If you need individualized clinical care, please be sure to reach out to the appropriate professional, whether that be a pediatrician, midwife, lactation professional, mental health therapist, etc.
