Yoga with April Falcon at The Land School

About this Event

Beginning on September 13*, we invite you to join us at The Land School again on Sundays from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM.

In partnership with April Falcon, we are offering a new, communal class model, one reflective of a shared commitment to supporting artists, the spaces that hold us, and the communities we nurture.

As an investment in April’s practice, Rebuild will underwrite a significant portion of April’s offering, covering nearly 50% of the cost to keep her classes accessible while honoring the time and labor behind them.

Class Offerings & Packages:

• Single Class: $12 pre-registration
• $15 on-site walk-in, capacity permitting**
• We are excited to introduce class packs, memberships, and other offerings for October very soon.

*Please note: Class will not be held on Sunday, September 20.

**April will hold limited spaces for walk-ins. Tickets will be first-come, first-served on-site. Doors close promptly 10 minutes after class, and unclaimed spots may be released.

Rebuild is committed to keeping our programs accessible and ensuring that ticket prices, which directly support artists and the operation of our spaces, are not a barrier to participation.

We reserve a limited number of complimentary tickets for anyone who would like to attend but for whom the ticket cost may be prohibitive.

If a complimentary ticket would make it possible for you to join us, please email [email protected] to reserve one. Requests are handled privately and with care. We ask that complimentary tickets be reserved for those who need them so that we can sustain this community resource and offering.

To ensure the best experience for all attendees, we have updated our policies for our movement programs:

• Doors close 10 minutes after class starts. Later entry will not be permitted.
• Attendees should bring their own yoga mats and water.
• Pre-registration on Eventbrite is required to reserve your spot.
• A waitlist may be started on-site for unregistered, drop-in guests, and unclaimed spots will be released at the start of class, as capacity allows.

The Land School's Policies & Protocol:

• Upon arrival, please enter the building at the entrance on S. Dorchester Ave.
• Ride-sharing is encouraged as parking is limited. Please be sure not to block the entrances and exits of our neighbors.
• Firearms on the premises are strictly prohibited.
• No smoking, vaping, or incense is permitted inside.
• No pets are allowed.
• No professional photo/video equipment allowed unless preapproved by Rebuild.
• Please be mindful of your neighbors by respecting their personal space and bodily autonomy.
• No violence - verbal or physical - will be tolerated. Any attendee creating an unsafe environment will be removed from the premises immediately, at the discretion of the Rebuild staff.
• We take the safety of all of our guests seriously. If any guest is found violating these protocols, they may be escorted off the property immediately and will not be welcome to return.

By entering The Land School, you acknowledge and consent to being photographed and/or videotaped. Images and recordings may be used for promotional, archival, or other purposes by the organizers. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify a staff member upon arrival. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
