Midnite Meditation: A New Moon Orientation for Restless Nervous Systems

ORGANIZED FOR OUR NITE COMPANIONS:
We begin our Spring cycle on February 17, 2026, the New Moon in Aquarius, corresponding with a solar eclipse. This night carries the energetic invitation of deeply-held support and expansive arrival into our practice.

FEB THEME: Meeting Restlessness Without Resistance

At midnight, we gather to orient with our nervous systems and offer a shared container of non-fixing presence while sounds and images inspire rootedness.

Come as you are...awake, thinking, longing, curious. All of it is welcome.

Limited amount of yoga mats, pillows and blankets available. Please feel free to to bring your own comforts.
