Join our 75-minute, slow and strengthening hatha flow class, suitable for all levels from beginner to experienced yoga practitioner. Props and mats are provided. $10 suggested donation via Eventbrite or at the door (cash or Venmo). Please arrive prior to start time; late entries cannot be accommodated.
