Sunday Reset begins with guided meditation and gentle, floor-based movement designed to quiet the mind, awaken body awareness, and create space for presence. Supported by crystal singing bowls and resonant acoustic instruments, this opening invites you to slow down, soften, and arrive fully in the moment.
From there, you'll settle into an immersive sound meditation featuring crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, and layered harmonic tones. The experience is grounding, restorative, and centering, helping you reconnect with yourself before the week ahead begins.
We close with tea, offering a few unhurried moments to reflect, reconnect, and transition back into your day.
