After a 3-year hiatus from teaching public classes, I am returning to my home studio, where I began seriously studying yoga 24 years ago! I hope to see you on the mat every Thursday at 9:30 AM.
A weekly class with simple and accessible practices focusing on the essentials of meditation, mobility, and deep relaxation.
Please register and pay online. Arrive 15 minutes early. Open Francois Raoult - Open Sky Yoga is located in the carriage house of the Rochester Zen Center (one of the most famous Zen Centers in the world).
Parking is a little tricky. Park on Meigs or East Avenue and enjoy a brisk walk in the winter air. As this is a historic landmark property, I suggest arriving early to settle into the zen that is inherent within the studio walls.
