Join us to kick off IronStrength spring/summer 2026 with a spectacular yoga class under the 59th Street Bridege with Holly Corey.

This is a special event between IronStrength and the East River Esplanade Friends. Workout is a yoga class set to be UNDER the 59th street bridge in the spectacular Green Grass at Andrew Haswell park and will be taught by NYC yoga teacher Holly Corey.
Class is SPACE LIMITED and RSVP is required to attend! Please only register if you're able to attend.

Holly Corey is a Yoga teacher based in New York City. Born and raised in NYC, she spent her early years as a competitive gymnast and an avid athlete as an adult. Holly knows the importance of functional movements. Her classes specialize in core stability, balance and flexibility, within a framework of an innovative vinyasa flow. She believes a healthy body is a happy body. She combines her enthusiasm and love of yoga and fitness with a knowledge of alignment and body mechanics. Her approach is an athletic style of yoga and cross training, always focusing on keeping it fun, challenging, creative and safe. Music is her soul, sequencing her passion. Her goal is to help you along the way and provide you with positive support and encouragement to attain your goals on and off the mat.

Holly is a NYC based Yoga instructor at Equinox, Bode, and in the summer, you can flow with her out east at Hamptons Hot Yoga.
