A gentle, theraputically informed yoga class, teaching concious yoga breath work, yoga movements and guided relaxations.
The class aims to support embodiment and help the student sit with and observe the body in a relaxed, parasympathetic state, supporting you in balance and comfort in the mind and body.
Each month we will explore a different theme, which will relate to the teachings & ethics of yoga - because, this too plays a central role in the development of a self-regulated balanced lifestyle.
