Q: Do I need to wear sportswear? – A: No, you can come as you are in your usual office clothes
Q: Will I be all sweaty for going back to work? A: Absolutely not, the sessions focus on stretching, circulation and posture exercises and are all low impact.
Q: Who can attend? A: Any of the businesses or remote workers within One Strawberry Lane or that use the facilities within building.
Q: Do I need to book in advance? A: No if you can just let the community host know on the day that you would like to attend (usually standing at the front entrance). This is just so we can inform the fitness instructor what numbers to expect.
Q: Do I need to be fit? A: No, we cater for all ages and abilities.
