Join us at The Lock Tender for a feel-good morning that blends movement, mindfulness, and mimosas.

Alena & Jon will lead a 60-minute, all-levels yoga class focused on breath, mindfulness, and functional movement. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or a regular on the mat, this class is designed to leave you feeling energized, refreshed, and centered heading into the week.

Class Time: 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM
Please bring your own yoga mat
Space is limited to 12 participants
$25 pre-registration required

Each yoga ticket includes one complimentary beverage after class — choose from:

• Mimosa
• Wine
• Cider
• Draft Beer

Brunch begins immediately after yoga and is served until 2:00 PM.
