The SANA Yoga School RYT200 Teacher Training is a comprehensive, community-driven program designed to help you deepen your practice, build confidence, and learn to lead from clarity and strength. Whether your goal is to teach or simply grow, this training gives you the tools to transform both on and off the mat.
Training Includes
Seven immersive training weekends (Jan–Apr)

• In-studio practice of the SANA Yoga signature heated sequence
• Asana labs, cueing, sequencing, philosophy, subtle body, breathwork & meditation
• Hands-on teaching practice in every module
• Workshops on leadership, anatomy, safe alignment, and class crafting
• Small-group mentorship + feedback throughout the program
• Trainee manual & workbook (SANA Yoga School, 2026 Edition)

Certification
Graduates receive the SANA Yoga School 200-Hour Certificate and are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as an RYT200. Certification prepares you to teach at SANA Yoga Studios, other studios, gyms, schools, corporate settings, and private clients.How to Register
