Get ready for the most joyful yoga class of your week — Puppy Yoga is coming to SANA! We’re teaming up with New Beginnings Animal Rescue, a local non-profit dedicated to rescuing, healing, and rehoming abandoned and neglected dogs throughout the Midsouth and beyond.

This lighthearted, beginner-friendly class will feature gentle movement, mindful breath, and plenty of puppy cuddles. Expect laughter, wagging tails, and a few moments where your “down dog” might include an actual dog!

Stick around after class to meet a few of the adoptable pups up close.

Your minimum $25 donation directly supports New Beginning’s mission — covering lifesaving medical care, spays and neuters, and community outreach for pet owners in need.

Come for the yoga, stay for the puppy love, and help these sweet pups find their forever homes.
