This is a Vinyasa Flow teacher training with the infusion of kundalini yoga kriyas, Katonah yoga body mechanics, Philosophy and Ayurveda.Are you looking to go beyond the physical, exercise aspects of yoga? Yoga denotes a holistic system that creates unity of mind, body and spirit. While this training will also transform your physical practice, and help you to safely and expertly guide others (should you choose to), you will gain key insight as to what yoga really is from the subtle, philosophical and Ayurvedic standpoints.
Learn to intuitively sequence and theme intelligent, dynamic and healing yoga classes and practices for groups or individuals. Gain knowledge of the "why" of the philosophy behind the practices and learn a new way of approaching your health through Ayurveda. Plus receive healing sound therapy and yoga nidra sessions from Ara as a bonus in your training sessions.
Think of this training as a deep dive into your healing journey that will give you many tools to create the kind of life you've been craving in your heart for so long. Becoming a teacher is optional, learning to lead yourself is what this is all about.
