💫 Join us Sunday, March 8th for an evening of deep relaxation.PLEASE NOTE: There are two options for this event. Yoga and Sound Bath or Sound Bath Only.
In this integrative journey of self-care, we’ll begin with gentle yoga and then move into a meditative healing sound bath. Or you can come just for the meditative sound healing experience, where you will be deeply immersed in transformative sounds and vibrations. Crystal singing bowls tuned to each chakra, the Chao gong, Koshi chimes, tuning forks and more will wash over your body bringing you to a state of harmony. There is an array of essential oils you can choose to use to add to your experience, as well as plant-based snacks to enjoy.
This workshop will support you to relax your body, calm your mind, clear stuck energy and activate your natural healing systems.
Please bring your yoga mat and water. You may also want to bring blocks and a strap if you're doing yoga, and for the sound bath a blanket, pillow, eye covering and anything else you need to feel comfortable. Limited extra props will be available.
YOGA + SOUND BATH SCHEDULE
4:45pm - Registration opens
5:00pm - Gentle yoga
5:50pm - Break / Sound Bath participants come in
6:00pm - Meditative Sound Bath
COST: $35 per person (note the payment options at check out)
SOUND BATH ONLY SCHEDULE
5:50pm - Break / Sound Bath participants come in
6:00pm - Meditative Sound Bath
COST: $25.00 per person (note the payment options at check out)
In order that we may begin on time, please pre-register (don't worry, if something comes up you will be given credit for any future Yoga+Soundbath event) and arrive at least 5 minutes early. Walk-ins permitted as space allows. Cash and Venmo only accepted at the door.
