ACCEPTANCE OF RISK AND AGREEMENT OF WAIVER

I am 18 years of age or older and I acknowledge a chance of harm or injury from the practice of yoga. By registering for class, I am opting in to receive email communications from You Call This Yoga, and acknowledge that I can unsubscribe from these communications at any time. I hereby acknowledge and accept any and all risks from my participation in this yoga session. I understand that I am receiving yoga instructions from an instructor who is not an employee of You Call This Yoga. I waive and release any claims I may have against You Call This Yoga, and Studio 1104, its officers, directors, employees, contractors and agents in the event of any harm, and they, as released parties, will not be responsible for any and all harm or injuries. I further allow You Call This Yoga to use my image in any promotional materials. This acceptance and waiver shall bind my heirs, successors and assigns.
