Care for your body with gentle, floor-based yoga poses designed to counteract the stresses of sitting at a desk. Then settle into a comfy restorative pose supported by blankets and bolsters as you soak up the sounds and vibrations of Himalayan singing bowls and other soothing instruments.

This grounding and therapeutic class is the perfect opportunity to unwind and start your year off on a mindful note.

Bring a yoga mat if you have one. Blankets and bolsters will be provided.
